Mr. Enayet Chowdhury is a Retd. Senior Govt. Officer, Worked as Director, Bangladesh Rural development Training Institute, Khadimnagar, Sylhet, and Director (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation), of Bangladesh Rural Development Board, Dhaka.

As head of the training institute responsible for overall management, administration, planning, implementation and exestuation of activities of Bangladesh Rural Development Training Institute, Supervising the activities of the subordinates, designing, coordinating and supervising training programs/ workshops/ seminars in the various areas of management, poverty alleviation and micro credit/micro finance management. Also responsible for making liaison with Govt. ministries/ Departments and other related organization on behalf of BRDB, Promoting monitoring section of BRDB through the usage of ITC with special emphasis on LAN (Local area networking) and WAN (Wide Area Networking).

Mr. Chowdhury starts his carrier as computer user since 1982. He has practical experience and knowledge on Computer operation and skilled in Dos, WordStar, lotus, DBASE, FoxPro, Word perfect, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Spread Sheet, Visual Basic, HTML, Flash, Photoshop etc and basic Knowledge of programming.

He has a witty, quirky and fun sense of humor.

He loves a good meal whether he is in Malaysia, Bali or whipping one up in his own kitchen. His love of travel, desire to share his experiences and E- world around him has brought him around the world as a photographer, Web Builder, and most Tactical in E-world. But no matter where he has gone, one thing is for certain. Kayes Chowdhury always comes home to his native Dhaka City. This love of Dhaka has lead Mr. Kayes, or Sayon as he is known to his friends, to take an avid interest in the people of Dhaka city, most majorly the rapid growth of Internet users in Dhaka. As a matter of fact it leads him to own a company named as “ARIYES” which primary concern is the virtual life solutions of his beloved people. His passion for the Web and his knowledge of its vast network is quite unmatched yet.

It is this love of Dhaka that has also leads him to document life in the city, whether it is the streets of his beloved TSC or the tribal culture of Old Dhaka’s craziest living.

In other words, people most often read books and magazines to escape. On the web, though, people don't want to escape; they want to learn about something, do something with what they learn, and get on with their busy lives. In short, people go to the web for information, and they want that information as quickly as possible, and it’s my duty to serve them best. That’s’ all.
